Argan Oil

From the edge of the Desert

Liquid Gold

From Morocco to you

Though a long kept secret of the Berber Tribes, Argan oil has achieved world acclaim for its incredible medicinal and cosmetic properties.

The healing powers of organic Argan oil were discovered centuries ago by the Berber women in the southern desert regions of Morocco.  Argan is a “Super Food” for your skin, containing natural antioxidants, fatty acids, and vitamins that help prevent wrinkles and “tired” skin . More than that, it smooths all skin types through its super hydration, and defends and heals the skin from premature aging.

Argan oil is cold pressed from the nuts of the argan tree, a long-lived, drought-tolerant species that grows only in Morocco. Argan trees are called the “Curtain of the Desert” on the edge of the Sahara, and are now preserved Internationally under the Protected Geographical Indication (PDI), and are protected by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Called “Liquid Gold”, Argan oil has become highly sought after around the world. This has lead to an instant reaction by mass production consumer corporations that have been riding the wave of Argan oils rise to Super Stardom by slapping an “Argan” label on any product they can. The sad truth is that 99% of skin and hair care products on the market that claim to contain Argan oil, use amounts that are infinitesimally small, and are polluted with so many chemicals, than any true healthy benefit is lost.

Tips & Tricks

Organic Argan Oil is so versatile that I’m always finding new ways to use it!

  • Argan oil besides being a super food for your skin and hair, has a natural SPF of 8-10.  Before going out into the sun, apply some organic argan oil to condition your skin and add a little bit of natural protection.
  • Mix argan oil 50/50 with distilled water in a spray bottle, shake well and lightly spray your hair for a light conditioning spray and added shine that won’t weight your hair down. (especially good for kids with curly unruly hair!!)
  • If you have easily irritated, allergy prone skin, mix argan oil 1:1 with our SOS serum for a soothing daily body healing moisturizer.
  • For extremely dry, sensitive skin, mix argan oil 3:1 with our Argan C60 or Hemp C60 to help heal and soothe skin that really needs extra help.
  • Mix 1:1 with Bee Soothed balm for really REALLY dry calloused skin.
