Culpeper praised the blackberry plant as a remedy for almost all ailments from wounds and ulcers to fevers and itching, and bramble leaves & roots were a common remedy for ailments such as colds, coughs and flu.

Blackberry leaves have been used to treat dysentery, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, and cystitis, and are antimicrobial, anticancer, antidiarrheal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant. Traditionally they have always been used for sore throats, gum inflammation, and mouth ulcers, diarrhea, skin ulcers, soothing menstruation cramps (and childbirth), treating Candida Albicans, and anemia.

All of our tinctures are handmade, with the highest quality ingredients that have either been grown organically by ourselves, or wild crafted from “clean” areas where there is no chemical pesticide or herbicide usage.
